We have been using the company for more than 1 year. We have had the same cleaner throughout that time, which we really appreciate. Other companies we used always changed the cleaner which we didn’t like. Ms Yen is very hardworking. As I work full time and my wife isn’t home every day she sent a list of everything that we wanted done each day/week/month and Tuan translated it and shared it to Ms Yen. We are very pleased with how well she understands our needs and has settled into a routine with us. She is also very trustworthy. We leave a key for her so she can let herself in, and she helps receive/pay for deliveries or let in workmen. We highly recommend this company.
